What's New 

Updated: January 2009

  • Antioch University is offering Bachelor programs through Santa Barbara City College (SBCC) and Allan Hancock College (AHC)
  • JIT Courses: If your department would like the EU to provide a specific class for your team of at least 12, please complete the JIT Request Form and fax it to the EU at ext. 1741.
  • EXT Courses:  Course numbers beginning with EXT are special courses that are in addition to our regular EU and computer courses. Please note that the fees for the EXT courses may vary. These classes are not eligible for EU credit towards certificates. The EU can also provide registration process for classes you are offering. See the EXT Registration Services Request Form for more information or contact the EU at ext. 1740.
  • Artists Wanted: The Employees' University displays county employees’ work at our Calle Real campus! In the past the Employees' Gallery has shown diverse works from wire sculptures to paintings, photographs and more. If you are interested in displaying your work for approximately one month please email the Registrar

  • Employee Resources: We now have numerous articles available to enhance job performance on practical subjects such as communication, facilitation, leadership, conflict management, presentations, and teambuilding.

  • Attend a class and meet our faculty members. They represent numerous departments and have developed some terrific classes!

  • Look for additions to our electives in our certificate programs.
