This is a four-day course.

County government service by nature is complex and demanding. This course is ideal for a variety of staff, including current supervisors and those considering a career in supervision, who want to increase their capacity and competency in the areas of leadership and effectiveness.

The Santa Barbara dates are February 16, 23 & March 2, 9 and June 3, 8, 15 & 22nd. The Santa Maria dates are April 27 & May 4, 11 & 18th.
