Program Performance Management

Strategies for Improving Public Sector Results

Public service today involves demonstrating the quantity, quality, effectiveness and efficiency of service. This level of accountability is challenging public sector leaders to assess the critical performance or processes that define their services. This course will focus on strategies for creating a culture of performance; identifying elements of high quality program management practices; improving business processes to achieve better program results; and examining leadership competencies associated with program performance management.

This class is recommended for executives, managers, team leaders, and other business professionals.
